Ayurvedic Food

We will have Caroline Massote cooking for us over the retreat, a plant based Ayurvedic chef, who loves to cook with locally sourced produce.

“What I really love is to impress people with the highest standards of culinary, where people would never guess the food is truly 100% plant-based, seasonal, fresh and local”.

Caroline works with organic and seasonal food, respecting nature’s cycles and supporting local producers.

The meals are carefully selected and prepared to support and enhance the healing process your mind and body will go through over the course of the retreat.

There will be two meals and for good reason. We need to nourish ourselves along the way, but as you know food can alter the meditation experience so we find having two meals is the perfect compromise.

12 Noon - Brunch: starter + main course
7pm - Dinner: main course + dessert

On booking the retreat, please let Sam know of any dietary requirements.
